I was wondering how I was going to find screws that would allow me to mount the window motor; the original equipment was put together with rivets. I was very happy to see that the window motor came with all of the mounting hardware that I need to install it. Also the instruction that were included were very easy to follow.

Works great when finished and directions explain installation fairly well. But, the instructions should explain HOW to brace the window regulator from acting like spring-loaded scissors once you remove the motor from the regulator. I nearly lost 2 fingers. Right now, it only states that you should brace it. My bracing was not strong enough to hold the spring's tension. It took me 3 hours to complete even with mangled fingers. Definitely worth saving $400 by doing it yourself if you are mechanically inclined.
