These replaced OEM pads. On my aftermarket alloy wheels there are black dusty areas that build up weekly and need to be cleaned that often. This was not the case with the OEM pads. On the plus side these pads seem to grip a lot better which makes me wonder if they will last as long and a worn-pad indicator was only on one set of pads unlike the OEM pads.

It's good for the price. I read reviews that said they squealed, so that wasn't a surprise. Good quality breaks, just wish there was a way to get them silenced.

I installed these brake pads along with matching EBC brake rotors on the front of my Nissan Altima and they work great. The problem I have is the amount of brake dust and more importantly the squeal at rolling stops. It's embarrassing when pulling up to a drive thru window or a parking space. At first I thought there was some break in period, but it hasn't gotten better after 1000 miles of driving. They work great at normal driving speeds however.

These brake pads come in a awesome presentation, very easy to install comes with self stick shims which is great and the breaking results are stunning, no noise at all and offer superior braking when needed..

Bought the EBC Ultimax pads to replace the dirty, noisy, OEM pads before they delaminated which is fairly common. They work exactly as advertised.
