Overall everything worked properly and fit correctly into place without issue until you go to use it. I had to bend out the metal frame in order to keep my window from scratching against the slightly larger motor. It did a number on my tinting, which i don't care much about since it was on the to do list, however may be an issue for anyone else.

The bolts that hold it into place were opposite from the originals, so I had to search for nuts to fit. And the length of the power cord could have been longer, it took me a lot of extra time to rig things just right. But in the end, I was able to fix my window without taking it to a mechanic and it works great. Parts through the Honda dealership were $189, so the little bit of hassle it caused me was still worth it in the long run.

Slow at first use, but after a couple uses it loosens up and gets easier.

...the device did fit and operate well, replacement was same as OEM replacement procedure would be. That being said, just a few minor modifications by the manufacturer could make this replacement OEM quality - such as imitating the plastic supports for window glass, and plastic washers for securing glass to metals ...
