Installed one a year ago broke within 2 weeks disassembled the door and rebuilt the mechanism (cable jumps track and kinks and it lasted one year. Replaced with another did exactly the same thing. Am going to have to try OEM parts next time too frustrating.

When I was mounting the window motor one hole was not drilled deep enough so as a result the screw bottom out before the motor was tight and it broke off the mounting lug. Check depth of holes and drill deeper if necessary.

The shipping was a bad experience, there was a charge of extra $40 if international that is 80% increase in price plus this product broke in 3 days following the Bentley Manual. I have replace my left door prior to this and never had so many issues but because there product was so bad my car ended up getting rain inside.
