Factory OEM part, so it fit and worked great. To remove, you must push up on front of carrier from under the arm rest. No need to remove door panel. Very easy once you see how it works. Once the carrier is out just disconnect connector. Switch removes from bottom of carrier by holding multiple tools around the locking snaps. Go easy and gently pry each side until old switch is free. I'm sure the dealer mechanic could do this job in 10 minutes and charge you an hour.
