I feel the difference while driving with this filter!

Finally installed this K&N air filter in my 2002 VW Passat 1.8Turbo wagon. An immediate improvement in acceleration. No more noticeable turbo lag upon acceleration. The only thing that holds me back now is the automatic transmission. I'm not a speeder and simply purchased this filter to help this 6 year old car get up the Colorado mountains. The K&N filter definitely works and beats spending $500 + on a HP boosting micro-chip. Haven't seen a reduction in fuel economy but, if any, I expect the performance is worth the minimal loss in mpg. I wish I would have purchased and installed this K&N 6 years ago!

I can feel the difference, the car is responding faster when i step on the gas, i have a little bit more horse power.
