Can't tell if this is OEM replacement, but it appears to be a match for the original. It fit the "hole" and was not difficult to install. The weather seal was not fully attached - it appears to be attached with a bead of sticky material. I had to glue it on before installation. Time will tell if the unit is otherwise sealed from moisture.
