part is OE ac delco and fits perfect installation was very easy. Part works and looks just like the original duh that's why it's called OE.

Had a bit of a problem getting the module back into the door panel but once in the unit has been working flawlessly and at 1/2 the cost of the dealer, it was a great deal.
