Eastern ECO II Series Catalytic Converter

The Eastern ECO II Series Catalytic Converter is made specifically for most complex or second generation on board diagnostic (OBD II) systems. It features wash coats with greater loadings of precious metals to handle applications with ultra low emissions, higher than normal emissions, as well as vehicles with higher mileage and heavier workloads.

THE PRICE WAS RIGHT, SHIPPED WITH EVERYTHING NEEDED, I HAD A MECHANIC PUT THE CONVERTER ON, HE SAID IT FIT WELL, BUT I HAD A LEAK WHERE THE TWO PIECES CLAMPED TOGETHER SO HE WELDED IT TOGETHER. THEY TURNED MY ENGINE LIGHT OFF AND IT HAS STAYED OFF SO FAR, IT'S BEEN ABOUT A WEEK AND A HALF. GLAD I MADE THE PURCHASE.

Without a lift rack and using ramps and a jack,it was difficult to get the old one off! Its hard working flat on your back! putting the new one on was fairly easy! You need to use a lift rack so you will have room to get the old one out! I saved hundreds doing it myself! Good product!

I was apprehensive about ordering, but after reading some of the reviews I decided to go for it. Glad I did. Save me a ton of money and we removed/installed in about 3 hrs. Oh, yeah, get the PCV valve recommended and replace the gaskets that were sent with the part, especially on the passenger side.

cat went in easy but was about half inch short to the exhaust pipe. I put it in just over a year ago and the cat is now rattling on the inside.
