BLUE PRINT ENGINE ASSEMBLY, BASE -- Dyno tested to produce 480 h.p., 550 ft./lbs. of torque, 9.0:1 compression ratio; <b>Includes:</b> Edelbrock performer RPM air gap intake manifold, chrome valve covers, Milodon cad plated oil pan, brass freeze plugs, Professional Products harmonic balancer; <b>Block:</b> 4 bolt main .060 in. over block, two piece rear seal, driver side dipstick, square and parallel decked, align honed main bearing bore, cylinders are sonic tested for thickness and honed on a computer controlled machine to within .0002 in. straightness and roundness; <b>Rotating Assembly:</b> new Scat cast steel crankshaft internally balanced, 4.250 stroke, new Scat 4340 forged connecting rods, 150,000 psi TS rod bolts, Keith Black forged flat top pistons with Hastings moly rings, Melling high volume oil pump, heavy duty double roller timing set, balanced to within 2g on a computerized balancer; <b>Cylinder heads:</b> cast iron oval port heads with screw-in studs and guide plates, 113 cc chambers, 1.509 diameter valve springs with damper, hardened retainers and keepers, 2.25 in. swirl polished intake valves, 1.88 in. swirl polished exhaust valves, Elgin hardened push rods, long slot rockers with positive lock adjusting nuts; <b>Camshaft Specs:</b> Flat tappet hydraulic lifter, duration at .050 in. lift is 230 intake/236 exhaust and maximum lift of 0.552 in. intake/0.555 in. exhaust, 110 degree lobe separation, ignition timing: 13 to 16 degree initial/34 degree total timing advance; With Blue Print's 30 month/50,000 mile warranty.
