I dropped a deep well 1/4 inch drive socket while trying to determine nut size. It went to the bottom inside of the door. My fingers happened to be just the right length to manipulate the nuts. If your fingers are short or long & fat good luck! It is an excellent replacement mirror.

I purchased both a Lt and Rt mirror. The driver side arrived broken. The refund process was easy. i was taken care of the day i called. The only problem is that i had to order another one and the shipping cost to much just for one item. I live in Alaska so i'm used to the shipping expenses. i found the same one on a different site with lower shipping cost. i wish the other one showed up broken cuz i could really use the driver side right now. all in all it looked good. Can't really give a good rating.

Original part from dealer will cost as much as 4 times more, this is a similar replacement, good quality, and a great deal.

Excellent price, easy installation. vibrates (the actual mirror) and whistles a bit when driving. Be careful when removing the old mirror as the brilliant engineers at GM placed the mounting bolts / nuts in rather difficult positions. You'll see when the cover is removed. I used a magnetic extension to catch the nuts as they were loosened. Otherwise they will fall into the doorjam and you'll have to remove the door panel to retrieve them. I also tied a string to the box end of a 10mm wrench so that if it fell I would be able to retrieve it too. Take your time. Other than that the mirror seems to be doing fine.
