When I received this , I ran out to my truck and went to install it, it was missing a pin. After taking the cover off, I saw that it had a sticker inside that said it was refurbished on 10/2011. I was under the impression that this was a brand new product. My father created another pen and we sautered it on. After doing so it did work, and seemed to incease the horse power slightly.... not enough to impress. Probably wouldn't buy again
