Well it was a pretty dang good coil and definitley helped with fire to the plugs. It only lasted a little over a year though :/ so i had to put the acdelco back on there. Probably wont buy another one. Who knows though maybe i got a lemon. Just remember though paying more doesnt always mean you will get better results.

I figured it was about time I changed the coil on my 88 K1500 after 300k miles of use so I chose this coil since it fit in the stock location and gave me almost twice the voltage. I moved my gap from .35 to .55 for more combustion possibilities. it looks great under the hood too. I was surprised that I needed to grind off the factory rivets on the stocker to reuse the metal brackets on the MSD but its not MSD's fault, Chevy over engineering... anyhow it was about a 10 minute job from start to finish. Ive alway liked MSD products and this coil is no exception.

It was simple to identify the part I needed and then easily ordered. The part arrived sooner than expected! Overall I was very pleased with the whole transaction.
