This is the second replacement mirror I've put on my daughter's car. Both had problems mounting in the lower area next to the window. The mirror shell doesn't mount as closely to the door/window area and leaves about a 3/16" gap that I had to fill with silicone sealer. It will work fine, but doesn't fit as well.

I am very pleased with the mirror. The only issue I have is with the defrost option that came with the mirror. My previous mirror did not have this option. For some odd reason when the rear window defrost button is pressed the mirror starts to default inward toward the car. Kinda funny. Good Times.
