This is a quality mirror - as good or better than the original. Thirty minutes installation time saved me $200+ the dealership would have charged me.

Great deal! The mirrow was a passenger side mirror for a 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT. It was a breeze to get off the actual frame of the van. The wiring was a pain to unhook/hookup. You have to take the grab bar off the interior pillar trim before you can pop off the pillar trim then you have to pop up the dash panel to get to the harness. It is fastened down so you have to pull it up first. After getting that done it was smooth to reassemble. The mirror works perfect and even a novice like me had it done in 40 minutes after watching a you tube video explaining replacement. Thanks for the great product.

If the Caravan's connect cable would have stretched out further the connection would be easier. The Caravan has a opening that the mirror's connection goes through but it's not larger enough for your hand to get through. You have to grip it with fingertips and pull and try to connect the wire coupling into it. Took several tries but it worked..nothing wrong with the part itself.

I'm very impressed with the level of service I received from this company as well as the quality and price of their products. It's a saving grace there are companies who actually save you money... not like the price hikers at the dealership. They rob you blind if you don't do some research prior to making a final purchase decision. Next time I need auto parts, I'll be visiting this website indefinately.
