I purchased this mirror after quoted the dealer price of $125. I was nervous about what the quality would be, but was quite suprised that the mirror was an exact match to the original. Size, color, and fit were perfect. The only concern was the motor in the mirror didn't sound great when adjusting the mirror, but it did work and how often do you adjust the mirrors once set anyway.
