The blower motor appears to be better than the OEM part. The bracket didn't fit the hole pattern properly and I had to made a small bracket in order for it to work ... no big deaL Note: The original is a Chrysler product :( and I now know why Chrysler is

The only problem was the screw holes didi not line up to the factory holes. I had to get large washers to all motor to stay in place, but it works.
