The installation was not THAT bad, haha, we (my dad & I) were able to use an already-existing bolt in the bed of the truck to secure the top brackets, so we only had to drill 2 holes, not 4. The straps function well, and we were able to pull the net pretty tight -- the outside edges are nylon, with the net itself being rubber. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase.
