You can not take this unit right out of the box and mount it. The mounting bracket holes did not match up with the original holes, so I had to drill them out. Once mounted, the mirror had limited movement adjustment. I can't get it to swing up enough, the bottom of the mirror hits the top of the bracket, which limits the adjustment. I will have to modify this to make it work. I could have removed the new mirror from the mounting bracket and attached it to the original bracket. Other than that the mirror works just fine
