The customer service dept. was very easy to communicate with. they stand behind there products with the lifetime warranty. I would highly recommend to any one. They shipped out my fan coil very quickly & with a return sticker so I can ship back the old one.

Went cheap and bought the Dorman rather than OE. 50k mi later I have to replace it! AURGHH. Stay with OE for GM fan clutches.
