Exact replacement if your stock mirror is broken like mine was. Everything neccessary for install, takes about 10 minutes tops. Wiring is plug and play and 3 screws installs this mirror. This is all you will need, however I replaced the mirror mount on the driver side as well because the rubber on mine allowed wind noise to enter the car at certain speeds. Oh this guy looks fine unpainted as well. Biggest pro of all is that it is oem fit.
