This was a fairly easy install taking only 30 minutes or so. The biggest problem was stretching the power cord to reach the mirror. It could have been an inch or two longer to make it easier to install. Nothing earth-shattering just a minor inconvenience.

after the shop put the mirror in place I now have the safety needed to see in all directions.

The part was received in short time and installed in about 30 minutes including removal of broken mirror. As with any job the hardest part was figuring how to disassemble the old part. Once that was done the job was really simple since the part was an exact match for the original part.
