Installation is easier once you figure out that the grill has to come off at the same time which can lead to damage to grill.Once the grill is off the screws are easily accessable. Screwing it to the grill,(if new), can be a pain in the neck. Did not meet cleanly with grill when installed. Looked better once hood was closed after put on.
