I was most impressed with the appearance of the A/C compressor as it looked like I got a brand new unit (I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between a new one or a rebuilt unit). Shipping to canada was simple and there were no extra fees such as canadian taxes or duty. The only thing that did not come with the A/C compressor was a spec sheet for the amount of oil or freon to put in but that was printed on the underside of the hood anyways so it wasn't a problem at all. I will definately be buying from them again!
