This repair was fairly simple once we had the information how to do it correctly... the part was exactly what i needed and it arrived several days before i was actually expecting. I never pay extra for fast shipping so i was VERY happy.

This was an exact fit replacement for a motocraft part. It came with an analysis sheet showing what to expect when running. It cost 95.00 tax free and free shipping with no core charge with a 2 year warranty. Local purchase of this part would have been 165.00 plus 30-60 dollar core charge. Saved me around 70 dollars plus I keep the old one which I am rebuilding and keeping in case this comes up again.

Great customer service on the phone order and shipping was fast (even though it came from CA and we were told it would be coming from the VA warehouse). Product was everything advertised, in the end though (after much teeth gnashing and hair pulling) the car was taken to a garage for the alternator installation- really needed a garage lift for this particular job. Saved a ton of $ though bringing our own parts.
