I placed an order for Ford Explorer parts. Order arrived quickly. I unfortunately didnt open the box until I could take them to get installed about two weeks later. When I opened the box one of the parts that I received was for a Chevy Suburban. HUGE difference. I was unable to return the item because the receipt states that I only have 5 days to do so! Extremely disappointed. Will not order from here again!

The mirror arrived broken. I refused to install a broken mirror on my truck. It did not make sense to return the product because of fees associated.

took 15 minutes to swap both left and right the nut closest to the door handle is the hardest to get to so use a stubby 10 mm to do it.
