Replacing the window motor is not easy but you can do it. I had to find a site on you tube to get the secret on how to remove the old motor. You must drill holes. I also used you tube to find out how to remove the door panel. It took me 3 hours to complete the job.

Broken motor replaced immediately, but I had to pay shipping costs to return broken one. This is the third motor after the original one failed. First one lasted about 2 years, Second broke immediately and Third one seems to working ok.

The holes in the motor bracket were smaller than the ones in the door nescitating drilling them larger to put in a screw that would catch the door but this may be because the bracket is generic fitting more than one application. Look on line and you can find out exactly how to get the panel off and on correctly and it is important to get a tool to pry around the white plugs that are mounted in the panel that go into the holes in the steel door so you don't break any or break the panel. The speaker cover doesn't have to come off.
