I have had this cover on my 2011 Silverado extra-cab for a year or more and have no complaints. Its the best of both worlds. Privicy security protection from the elements while still having full access to the entire bed. Fits flush and looks great. the price was $200 less than localy.

I wanted a secure solid cover for my standard bed 3/4 ton GMC. After reviewing what was available and reading the reviews on the BAK product I ordered it. Some reviews talked about how awkward it was to install and some other problems with that aspect of it. Yes its solid a bit heavy big etc. no way around that if you want a solid folding cover. I am in my 60s and I found the only help I needed with the installation was having my wife help me place the folded cover on the truck after I had unpacked it read the instructions and installed the rails. Other than that little bit of help the installation went smooth and easy. Its been on a month now through a couple washings and rains. The bed stays dry and the cover is everything I wanted. One note the cover does not lock on its own you will need to get a tail gate handle lock and install it to keep your bed secure.

Very well packaged and arrived quickly. Easy to install but a little heavy for one person. Fit seems very good except at the front - the foam strip supplied does not form a very good seal at the front bed rail. It is not as water tight as it should be.
