Mirror does not clip in all the way around and therefore can come loose. I may have to just glue mine on. Once in place mirror cannot be adjusted to same angle range as OEM and the frame of the mirror sticks outside the mirror houseing making it look much different than the mirror on the opposite side of my truck.

I looked for this mirror for a very long time then found it here at a good price. When I recieved the product it was well packed. The installation was easy and I am very happy with my purchase. I saved about $300 by buying and installing this mirror myself.

At night I was seeing 3 headlights for every real one in the side mirror. Apparently I had developed a leak in the seal around the original mirror and it filled with water on my 2002 Escalade. I looked at a new mirror assembly from the dealer for $400+, check out the auto dismantlers, and on to web. Found this mirror glass only replacement. This product retains all the original features & function (defrost, auto dim, power fold) and it's simple to install. When you receive this product you'll find you can pry out the old mirror with a long screw driver, disconnect the wires for defrost and auto-dim, pull them into the new mirror, install the anti-vibration washer, and press/snap in new mirror, done. The mirror looks and works great.
