Thesse mirrors are tapered from the mount to the outside. This along with an odd angle to the truck create a blind spot on the right side and you cannot see the lower corner on the truck when backing or vehicles in the other lane. They mount at an angle upward from the mountalso and would be better if level. They went on easily, extend easy. and seem to be well made

This mirror bolted on in a snap to replace my broken driver side mirror. Cost was ~50% less than the dealer replacement part and I can not tell the difference. This is an excellent replacement part.

this is a replacement tow mirror for our chevy truck. The old one unbolts and this one bolted on. No fuss, no problems. looks just like the original..
