MARSHALL ENGINES ENGINE ASSEMBLY, REMANUFACTURED -- SOHC, 8-valve; Supplied with water pump; Cylinder heads are bake cleaned and shot blasted; Features high quality seals, installed valves and springs and 3-angled cut on valve seats; 100 percent mag inspected and pressure tested, vacuum tested for perfect seal, decks milled and surface checked, final oil pressure bench-mark tested on OHC heads, camshaft and followers installed; Crankshaft kit includes main and connecting rod bearings and is reground to factory tolerance for size, oil holes are completely chamfered then micro-polished to exceed the original finish ensuring proper bearing lubrication, a final wash is also done to ensure that every crank is clean, bake cleaned then shot blasted, checked for bend and journals polished; Shipped in foam-to-fit packing to protect crank and bearings; With Marshall Engine's 3-year/100,000 mile warranty when installed in passenger cars and light trucks.

	APW warrants this automotive part to be free from defects in material or workmanship for Life of the Product.
The warranty period for this product commences on the day the product is purchased by the original customer. APW warrants that it will replace, free of charge, any product which, under normal conditions or use and service, and which has been properly installed, proves to be defective in material or workmanship. This warranty, however, does not cover any labor costs incurred in diagnosis of defects, removal or reinstallation of a product, nor does it cover any other contingent expenses. To obtain performance of this warranty, the consumer should contact APW and return the product as instructed at customer's expense. A dated purchase receipt or other written proof that the product is within the warranty period and the return of the product at customer's expense will be required in order to honor your claim. This warranty is limited to the original customer, i.e. is not transferable to subsequent owners of the product. Specifically excluded from this warranty are failures caused by misuse, negligence, modification, abuse, improper application, installation or operation, or by unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts in connection with the product and inadequate maintenance, normal wear and tear or normal consumption of the product. To the extent allowed by law, this warranty sets out your exclusive remedies with respect to the product covered by it, whether for negligence or otherwise. Neither APW nor its affiliated companies will be liable for incidental or consequential damages, such as telephone calls, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, personal injury damages, etc. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. ANY WARRANTY IMPLIED BY LAW, WHETHER OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE, IS LIMITED TO THE PERIOD THAT THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY IS EFFECTIVE. No attempt to alter, modify, or amend this warranty shall be effective unless authorized in writing by an officer of APW.
