To maintain the original equipment factory look and performance, Bosch has designed the Red Wires to maintain the color of the original factory installed ignition leads. The Red Wires maintain the same exact performance and specifications as the standard Bosch ignition wire sets
Bosch ignition leads incorporate the latest inductive core technology. The specialised construction of stainless steel wire winding wrapped around a Kevlar® reinforced aramid core, filters the RF interference by restricting the AC component. This allows DC energy to flow easily through the resistance of the spiral winding which has a lower resistance than normal resistive leads.
The overall construction of the cable core, spark plug boots and outer jacket make Bosch ignition leads suitable for use with gasoline, LPG or alternative fuel engines.

- Fit note: A coil wire is not required for this application. The Bosch 09 811 wire set utilizes dielectrically superior 1-piece spark plug connectors. These "click-to-fit" connectors may look different but are less troublesome than the 3-piece plug connectors used in other wire sets.

Received and installed these plug wires without any problems. They appear to be top quality and certainly made a difference in the performance of her vehicle. Cost was a little lower than a local purchase and I saved on the gas and time required to visit the store. She preferred black wires but like I told her - you dont see them when the hood is closed.

The wires were pre measured and an exact fit as stated - NO assembly required. An easy replacement that took very little time to install. The wires improved her vehicles performance immediately. They appear to be a very good quality set. My ONLY con (if you can call it that) is I prefer black wires instead of red. Great product.
