The mirror works great. Since there was no color option I was not surprised that the finish was black and doesn't match to color of the other mirror (and the car). Getting the door apart to install the electrical cable is tricky if you don't work on cars for a living. Prying off the triangular plastic that covers the mirror bolts and removing the 2 exposed phillips screws under the armrest wasn't too bad. See the attached photos for tips of hidden fasteners around the edge and removing the cover over the 2 phillips screws behind the door latch handle.
