I bought this mirror for my wife's 2000 Civic and it's exactly the mirror I need to replace the cracked on my wife's car. The only problem I had was that it didn't come with any instructions on how to install it - NOT an easy do-it-yourself installation. I can do a lot of maintenance on a car but this one was over my head. Obviously, I'm not a mechanic so I brought it to a local Honda dealership and had them install it for $50. Very pleased with the mirror, though.

Great customer service person took care of my order. She was very helpful and put me on hold for 30 - 40 seconds to find the answers I needed. I then proceded to give her my order as it was easy to do while I had her on the phone. My Honda mirror came 3 days later. I was able to install it myself even though there weren't any instructions.
