Everything went together with no issue except a few weld BB's in the O2 sensor threads. It does the job.

The new pipe seems well constructed. It installed easily. The existing oxygen sensor fir perfectly. The mounting bracket on the front had to be muscled a bit to fit, but it may have bent slightly in shipping. A couple of bolts will be needed to mount the new pipe to the existing flange at the rear. Fortunately I already had some on hand, so it wasn't a problem. Overall I'm definitely satisfied with the product.
