This product was shipped to me promptly and arrived as scheduled. When I opened the shipping box and inspected the item it was intact , well packaged and clean. I accidentally dropped this item from about 3 feet onto rocks (Glass side facing the rocks) and there wasn't even a scratch (let alone, a crack). Installation was simple and for the past two weeks it has worked perfectly. Good product for the price - a heck of a lot better than paying someone else (more money) to do it.
