Very pleased with time of purchase to time of delivery. Looks just like the OEM except it did not have the memory setting, but I can live without that for the price compared to the price from Mopar at around $230.00.

My vehicle is a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee. This mirror was a good replacement for the power RH external with heat option. External housing looks so close to original I cannot tell. Mirror was easy to install and electrical connections were exactly the same. You do have to use the 3 nuts (10mm wrench) and a sound dampener with glue from original installation. Overall satisfied and glad it is fixed. Two weeks and no issues.

Good value as compared to dealer $145, but poor quality. Bolts in side mirror snapped off in installation and I had to use bolts from old factory mirror. Don't throw away your old mirror prior to installation you just might need the old bolts.
