This is a job for those that love a mechanical challenge in really tight spaces! There are no instructions so intuition, logic and a little bit of luck will get you through. The original motor came off easily from the old regulator due to using bolts and not rivets - that's MB for you. The motor installed perfectly onto the new regulator. Use duct tape to hold window up while working on the regulator.

The install wasn't easy but I didn't expect it to be. The part fit great and works great. The price was 1/3 the cost of what many other places were charging. My mechanic Luck Zyblut at Zyblut Motors couldn't even get a good used window regulator for the price I bought it here for.
