Thermostat seems fine. However, I live in a rural community and ordered this online for convenience. So when it arrives, it does not contain a gasket that is required for installation. So I had to go to an auto parts store to buy a 88 cent gasket. I ended up paying just as much for the thermostat plus I had to pay shipping and still had to go to town to buy the gasket. I was annoyed and will think twice about the convenience of ordering on line in the future. The gasket should be included or clearly state that it is needed. The item can not be installed without it.
