I ordered this so that I could get my oil pan changed and it arrived in timely fashion. I looked at it and it appeared to be new. I didn't find the price to be better anywhere. The shop I brought it to fixed the oil leak but used the old plug. I'll probably have them use it when I get the oil changed next. :-)
