These mirrors are better looking than the original equipment and the motors in them seem to work better than the original also. Fast shipping and a top notch product.

No cons, I saved $15-25 by buying here over local chainstore. I know because the first mirror, I bought from local store and the wiring was backward on the power mirror. Up went down, down went up. Left and right were fine. This mirror looked better and worked.
