Great part, rotten install. by Bubbles, May 5, 2010

First, let me say that the windor motor works great. All parts required for the install were included. The install requires drilling out six large rivits, shop vac up the metal mess left in the door and re-bolting the whole thing back together. Beward of the spring loaded window holder. It will spring when you remove the old motor! Be aware which side the nuts go on so as to not interfere with operation. (Took me three tries.) This job almost requires two people. (Holding the window in place and to set the motor while holding the spring loaded window holder.) If you like to do your own work, and you have a second person, go for it. Should save you $150-$200 on labor. Now that it's done, it works like new.
