I am currently working and living in Burkina Faso and the dust that blows in 24/7 from the border country of Mali is constant. Before receiving my car cover, my driver spent most of his day trying to maintain the external appearance of my Pathfinder looking presentable. It was not uncommon for him to wash the vehicle 2 or 3 times each day. Now, with the car cover, he is one of the happiest men in Burkina Faso as he now washes the car once each week. The added benefit of protection from the sun is also a must as summer time temperatures here average 115 degrees daily. So far I am extremely satisfied with this product.
