First one was bad so I was sent a replacement. Second one, same problem. Made a clicking noise under moderate load(not strong enough to hold itself open properly). Check engine light came on for both units I tried. "EGR flow insufficient". I was forced to buy a better unit and I haven't had any problems with it. Save yourself the aggravation and spend just a little more on a quality EGR.
