I replaced my 10 year old ----- Platinum +4 spark plugs which I was still getting 38 MPG highway with over 225k miles. After replacing with E3, my MPG fell to 32 MPG highway. Disappointed to say the least. I'm returning and going back to a new set of +4's.

I bought 2 different sets for both of my vehicles. One set went on my wife's Safari van. They worked up to and far above any claims made about them. Performance was increased by almost 30%, fuel economy has jumped almost 25% so far. The other set were for my 2007 Dodge Ram Pickup 4.7 Flex Fuel. DON'T BUY THEM. Almost immediately I started getting multiple codes coming up. Multiple misfires, closed fuel loops, O2 sensor efficiency, etc. a total of 8 codes. All my coils were checked, as were my O2 sensors along with any other supporting possible problems. Everything checked out in working order. My fuel economy dropped to less than 7 MPG. As well as my performance drastically declined. I had constant hesitation also.I replaced the plugs with the old set and almost all the problems disappeared immediately. (Yes, I cleaned all coils and surrounding areas before installation.) Needless to say, they are not for Dodge Pickups.

I installed these E-Plugs in a 2001 2.0 VW Beetle. Initially they worked well but fouled out very quick giving check engine light codes. Replaced them with same plug and again failed about 10K miles. Replaced with generic Champion plug and got 40K and still running. Plug is just not very reliable, poor quality.
