Great product. This Stant Gas cap fit our truck perfectly. With gas prices on the rise we didnt want to make it easy for someone to steal our gas. Would definitely recommend this product for anyone who does not have a locking mechanism on their gas cap.

Really liked the key function where you just turn the key and then unscrew cap. I am gonna order one for my other car.

I had bought another brand from AutoZone before a trip in which I was going to leave my Tahoe unattended for a week. My gas door, nor cap, locks, so I needed a locking cap. I had already ordered this one, but it had not yet arrived by the time I was leaving. Came back from my trip and this one had arrived. I compared thetwo and this one, while slighty higher in cost with shipping, was CLEARLY of a better quality and more well thought out than the AutoZone one. The one BIG difference? The AutoZone one you need to unlock AND lock everytime with the key. With this part, you only need to UNLOCK the cap, then put away your key. When you screw it back on, it auto locks. VERY convenient. Quality product.
