So i biught the front and rear cat by this company for my taco 04 extnd cab tacoma 6 cyl.after dry fitting it my mechanic and I tired to get the old OEM cat off and snapped the bolts in the header flange..not fun. had to drill out and retap. then rebolt the new Evans on they went in great direct fit. However the aligned didnt line up with the old system we had to cut a pie piece out of one of the cats and bend it down to fit the JBA exhaust system once we did that everything was in a straight line from the header back to the exhaust tip. sound is awesome the look of the cats not so desired id like to have seen them chromed I would have paid more they werent appealing at all that flat grey painted look..ho-hum..you think for an aftermarket it would have looked better. but I am not disappointed the truck sounds awesome.

Because I could not get the bolts at the exhaust manifold to come off I ended up taking the two converters to my local muffler shop for installation. The pipe had to be modified at the exhaust flange in order to fit. The wrong gasket was included. The hole for the O2 sensor was not a good fit.
