If the motor had the plugs to allow it to be plugged in instead of having to splice the old ones on it would have been wonderful.

Straightforward instructions, but missing info on how to deal with the fact that the new motor's pinion will probably not mesh correctly with the operator gear sector when first installed. I had clamped the operator gear sector and had to slightly loosen the clamp a bit in order to get the gears to mesh - kinda scary, since completely loosening the clamp could cause a real problem. Also, using the suggested bolt to hold the operator gear sector in place would not allow shifting the gear sector to secure a good mesh.

Motor fit easily and works fine. The installation instructions were clear. Would have been nicer if I did not have to splice wires for the connection, and if new fasteners were supplied.
