Looked exactly like what I needed to replace. BUT when I went to install it found that the bottom bolt hole on both ends were improperly spaced, so the bumper would not slide onto the mounting bracket. Spent about 15 minutes with a rotary file on my drill to enlarge the holes enough to get it to go on.
