Hitch was exactly as listed, only issue we had was during instalation, but it had nothing to do with the product itself....The Rav4 had been undercoated when we purchased it and they got the undercoating in the holes for mounting the hitch, ended up taking it in to Toyota to have them install the hitch, once they cleared out the holes they had no problem installing the hitch. So keep this in mind when trying to install yourself, you may need to have it installed by a professional. I just recommended this site to my cousin who is looking to get a hitch for their SUV.
